Cassie & Diana’s Best of Season 3 – E09 Jurassic Park

When the hosts were given the opportunity to choose our favorite podcast from Season 3, Cassie and Diana decided to collaborate on Jurassic Park, which happened to be a live podcast recording we had the pleasure of hosting at Phoenix Comicon 2015.

Educating [Geeks] S3 E10 – American Horror Story: Freak Show

This week hosts Bri, Diana, and Sara are joined by guest host Jonathan as well as an entire room of Phoenix Comicon 2015 attendees. Many audience members contributed to the conversation (thank you!!) to help cover the themes of family, fame, and what makes a monster.

E[G] Drinking Game S3 E09 – Jurassic Park

This week on the Educating [Geeks] Drinking Game Podcast geek hosts Bri, Cassie, Diana and Megan are joined by a live audience at Phoenix Comicon 2015 to create drinking game rules for the 1993 film Jurassic Park. One audience member comes up with a drinking game rule so good that she gets to take home a prize pack at the end of the panel.

Educating [Geeks] S3 E09 – Jurassic Park

Geek hosts Bri, Cassie, and Diana joined Megan and a room full of our favorite Phoenix Comicon 2015 attendees to record a live podcast covering the 1993 Jurassic Park. In an audience filled with dinosaur fans, there was one person who had never seen the movie before – thanks for coming! Megan talks about how much she loves Dennis Nedry, Cassie appreciates the way Alan and Ellie’s relationship is portrayed onscreen, Bri manages to reign in her love of Jeff Goldblum, Diana translates the Spanish spoken in the movie, and the audience needs no reason to love the Velociraptors.

Post-Phoenix Comicon Geek [Supplies] Part Two

In part one of our post-Phoenix Comicon Geek [Supplies], Megan, Cassie and Phil shared items that made their way into their treasure chests. In part two, more team members share their favorite finds from the floor of the exhibitor hall, and many of them are pieces of pictorial artwork. One of the great things that can happen at a convention is having an artist create a custom art piece for you. They will typical have it ready for you by the end of the convention and prices are very reasonable (in my opinion). You should definitely try it next year. First up is Andrea.
